What do I need to use the Shopping Cart script?
Your hosting account needs to support PHP and MySQL for both User and Developer licences. For User licence Zend is required too. Most hosting accounts support these so there is probably nothing you should worry about. If you are not sure, please contact us and we will confirm this.

I need help installing the script. Can you help me?
We provide free installation support for all our products, including the Shopping Cart script. Please get in touch with us and we will install it for you free of charge.

What is the difference between Developers and User licences?
With Developers licence you receive FULL PHP source codes. You can modify the codes and make own changes to it. With User licence besides PHP and MySQL your hosting account needs to also support ZEND.

If I buy User licence can I later upgrade to Developer licence?
Yes, you can do this at any time. You will only pay the difference between the User and Developer licences.

On how many websites am I allowed to install the script on?
You can install the script on ALL your websites. Yes, this is correct ALL YOUR WEBSITES. This includes your own websites and your clients' websites. We do not have any domain or website licenses. With a single script purchase you can use Stiva™ SHOPPING CART script on any website that you manage.

I need a custom modification done but I know nothing about PHP?

I want to use the shopping cart script on my client's website but do not want them to see that it is yours. Is this possible?
Yes, you can buy Developer licence. It allows you to do custom changes to the shopping cart and modify its interface. You can also remove our company details.
